I started my career in 2018 as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones. In 2020, I decided to make a career change and pursue an independent role with LPL Financial. The opportunity to provide independent, non-proprietary, and truly individualized advice is the reason I made the switch to LPL. Being a business owner has always been a goal of mine. I understand there may be challenges that come along with it, but the opportunity to help others is what will make it all worth it. I’m very passionate about helping people and working together as a team to pursue a goal. I now get to live out that passion by helping families and businesses pursue financial freedom.

Cole wanted to create a firm that advisors, clients, and the community could feel connected to. There are tons of firms that clients could work with but Cole knew that creating a brand that clients would love to be apart of is what he wanted. The 412 area code has been a staple for many businesses from Pittsburgh. Cole was ready to bring a Pittsburgh based firm with the morals and values 412 stands for. 

Cole was born and raised in Pittsburgh. As he would state " I bleed black and gold". Since he was child he would go to every Steeler home game with his father Phil Chiappialle. Pittsburgh has always had a big place in the heart of Cole. This is why when it came to naming his firm he wanted to connect to the City that is so dear to him.
